Dr. Kelley Eaves-Boykin

Dr. Kelley, our esteemed CEO, possesses multifaceted expertise as a motivational speaker, while also championing diversity, equity, and inclusion, women's leadership, and organizational behavior. With over three decades of leadership, training and development, talent acquisition, career development, project management, human resources, and business experience, she is a true authority in her field.

 

Furthermore, she holds certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace, Training Management, Training, and Talent Optimization, further solidifying her knowledge and proficiency. Dr. Kelley's educational background is equally impressive. She earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from North Carolina Central University. Additionally, she holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University. These advanced degrees showcase her commitment to continuous learning and her dedication to staying at the forefront of her industry. 

 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Kelley actively engages with her community through various professional, civic, community, and social organizations. Currently, she serves as the Chairman of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Black Heritage Committee Board of Directors, Chief Judge of Precinct 129, a member of the American Cancer Society's Making Strides for Breast Cancer Board, the Pearl: Purposeful Walk Steering Committee, and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, Rho Psi Omega Chapter. This extensive involvement demonstrates her commitment to making a positive impact on society.

 

 Dr. Kelley's exceptional contributions have garnered numerous awards and recognition, highlighting her exceptional abilities. Most recently, she was honored with the Martin Luther King, Jr. Peace Award from Johnson C. Smith University, Charlotte, NC, where she served as the keynote speaker on the topic of "Promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion." These accolades further underscore her expertise and influence in her field. As a lifelong member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church, Dr. Kelley actively participates in the Andrew Fellowship Ministry, showcasing her dedication to her faith and community.

 

Hailing from Charlotte, NC, she is the daughter of James (deceased) and Maxine Eaves, the sister of Bryant Eaves, Sr., auntie to her niece and nephews, great Auntie to her great niece and nephews, and the proud mother of Winston. These personal details add depth and context to her professional achievements, painting a comprehensive picture of her as a well-rounded and accomplished individual.

Contractor - Sr. Graphic Designer

Winston commenced his journey with our organization as an intern during his collegiate years and has since exhibited commendable progress, ascending the hierarchical ladder. In recognition of his exceptional skills and dedication, he was elevated to the esteemed position of Senior Graphic Designer last year.
