positions. However, there is little evidence of how women executives navigating through gender bias in the
double-bind dilemma in leadership behavior impacts
organizational culture and effectiveness. This has led to a gap in knowledge about women executives’ leadership
behavior and the impact on organizational culture and
effectiveness when gender bias of the double-bind dilemma is present.
